It's been a long time since this has been brought up, but the last person I had spoken to about it seems to have unfortunately gone missing. I'm going to ask you, since you seem to have the concern of others in mind.

Do you have any theories on what it would take to effectively stop OSTA from being able to send out any more monsters or fog? I'm already aware that it wouldn't be a permanent solution, but it might buy others some time while we search for a way.

Although I don't really have the right to talk, you're right. There's nothing of worth left down there, and it's too dangerous to let people keep wandering into it.

Oh yes. People here have plenty of other ways to get themselves in danger without wandering into a collapsing underground city.
