And I'm not an idealist. I'm normally quite pragmatic, thank you. It's just the painkillers that have me ranting about the unfairness of life, as I explained above.

Lt. Cadman is going to be fine, she's currently sedated. That bloody plant managed to break a couple ribs and her arm, so I've got her immobilized. She should be out of here in a few days. Now you get some rest, you've no need to prolong your stay as well.
