I am actually happy that livejournal has lost its mojo as THE blogging platform. It means that the only people who are posting are the ones with something to say. All those horrible one-line updates, video postings, conspiracy theories, links to articles and quiz results are now on Facebook.

I don't really "get" Instagram as a blogging platform, but maybe it's because of the folks I follow who are mostly ones who post food and beer pics. :)
