thanks! your icon is exactly how i felt
it's with a company that he used to work for working with developmentally delayed adults, but in a half hands-on/half administrative position...his old boss saw that he'd applied for a lesser job and instead got him to be her assistant, training to eventually take over her job
pay isn't great, but benefits and opportunity for advancement are awesome
