I find your work very eloquent. so well-worded in fact I thought that the poetry was yours as well. It could have been. I actually met Ms. Giovanni last year, found her rather pretentious, even though i love her poetry. Hope you keep writing, you clearly have a talent.

Thank you so much! A good deal of it was, yes. Mostly because I couldn't find appropriate excerpts. When I could, I did borrow if only because the Misha in my head reads a lot.

I've always loved Ms. Giovanni's work too, though I'd have to agree with your face-to-face assessment. I haven't met her in person, but any interviews I've read with her have been pretentious and condescending.

Thanks again. Am already mapping out several new projects so I imagine I will.

First off, I just want to say how brilliant you are and I wanted to ask if the poem " I find you in the spaces between" is your own. It's really stuck with me.
