In less than multiple months? yes its true. I really just forgot to mention Kat had a nasty knee pain. It turns out the workout shoes she had were either too old or didn't have the right support so either way we have to go and get her new shoes with better support. Oh and last month i turned 32 but luckily 30 is the new 20 so woo hoo i get another

my knee was kinda hurting last night in ballet. i think i did not have my leg tight enough and it was tender for a moment.

she text'd me from work this morning and said it was acting up again. luckily she has a knee brace but she didn't use it for work.
