I've seen that image before, it was part of a kind of weird publication (I don't remember name off hand) that started out as a regular color comic book, then was turned into a magazine with articles about WWII then became a Men's Magazine with fictional stories about battling Nazi with wild jungle women. All while keeping the same name and numbering.
