This looks like INVASION OF THE SAUCER MEN (1957), among other things a vehicle for one of the more contrived temperance PSAs out there (“Remember, kids-don’t drink! You never know when alien invaders might come along and poison you with their alcoholic venom, and the combined dose could kill you!”)
