A short list of fills I am planning/want to/wish I could write.
They're mostly off the Kink Meme, because of the fact that I've trained myself so long on there that I'm almost incapable of coming up with my own ideas, lol. D:
Internal Affairs- Request: Nation/Boss; 90% finished
At the moment has Germany/Merkel/Prussia, Obama/America, onesided Medvedev/Russia, Putin/Russia, Gillard/Australia, Italybrothers/Berlusconi Oh GOD I deserve to be shot for even considering this paring dear GOD. Plan to include Mao/China with a side of Hu Jintao. Don't worry- the stuff's NOT explicit, as I think we all vomit a little inside as much as we squee when we imagine our World Leaders getting it on. Seriously. It's like...watching your parents have sex with your aunt. Or something. Anyway- CRACK!SHIPPING AHOY!
A Cannonball Child- Request: AU where Germany raises Prussia instead; Planning stages
Oh dear. Historical Germancest. I'm filling this request just so that it happens.
This could easily become my next big project, now that I've polished off 'The Island', but I'm a little afriad of starting because German History is just so GUH and I want to do it right, you know? And the research stage is insane in itself- Wiki's just not enough for all this historical beauty. But. If it happens, it'll be happening next year, and will probably take about six months (being optimistic~). Will mostly stay true to historical canon, except where I screw history over like a bitch. *sighs* We'll see.

Saxony, they say, is a state of thinkers and monks, not of imagination. They got two things wrong about that: Ludwig was pious but certainly not a monk, despite what Roderich might have said; and secondly, Ludwig wasn't Saxony, had never been Saxony, and as far as he could tell, would never be Saxony. Austria was partially to blame for that too, and England in his artless language without Umlauts had heard Roderich call him that, once, and decided to call him New Saxony. And that was that.
Convalescence- Human AU, Germany/Japan; Planning, kinda
I've always wanted to write a Human AU, but one where the human lives of the nations reflect a certain period in World History. As such, I've been tossing this idea around for quite a while:
Ludwig Beilschmidt, a young law student, ends up killing his brother through a drunken brawl which also lands him in hospital. There he is confined to a room in ICU with another patient- a Japanese man named Kiku Honda who had attempted suicide. The two of them discuss and debate the meaning of life, fruit cups and the sexual exploits of the male nurses on their ward, while being forced to get better by the entirely-too-cheeful Dr Alfred Jones. A story of figurative Wirtshaftwunders, parallel lines, bombshells and life, not during, but after the fact.
Untitled- Request: EU!Germany switches times with Nazi!Germany, and France is all WTFOMGBBQ?; Planning, I guess
France/Germany, as you may be able to tell. To tell you the truth, this feels more like an homage to the fill that got me into Ger/Fra in the first place. I guess I'd like to return the favour, so to speak. Only really planned out a few chaps, done a few drabbles. Nothing really, other than France being all traumatised, and Nazi!Germany being confused as all fuck. Also: Prussia.
Other potential projects:
Iron Kingdom- I bought a great book on Prussian history, and am considering running a serial of stuff I learn along the way. I mean, I've only read the Introduction and I'm already starting to drool. :D
Weekly News- what's happened around the world, in Hetalia.
The only problem with all of these is that I'm going to be travelling for about a month, so I won't be able to do much until around the end of Jan, lol. Ah, well.
