Progress
I finished pencils for two pages and got about 1/3 of a full page panel done (that one has quite a bit of details). I got less than a week before SPACE con. I'll have to change my focus to the giveaways and business cards for the rest of the week. I'm not as far along as I had hoped, but any progress is better than none. -
Back on the straight and narrow

Comic Promotion
I'm on linked-in and I joined a comic book artist/writers group. The topic of "what's stopping you?" came up. And one of the things was "promotion". So, I figured maybe I can set up a Google+ page for promoting independent comic books (sorry, more people appear to use Google+ than LJ ( Read more... ) -
Donuts make my pencil lines blue ....

Thoughts on the noir comic
I borrowed a graphic novel. John Constantine, Hellblazer. I never read the comic before. I picked up Haunted and I like how the narration style visually looks. When in narration, the text and the picture are not together. So, you get a full panel of the scene and the narration to the right or left or below it. I'll probably use something ( Read more... ) -
