I can talk the talk, but this reminds me that I don't actually have mine filled out. Thanks for the reminder and for the links to make it painless. I hope that my facebook/work connections get the message out to a group of people who would not otherwise be exposed to some of this. I'm not 'out' as much in the Appalachias, but I am out as being in an "It's complicated" family.
