Title: Coming home
Pairing: Sakumoto,  Sakumiya, OT5 mentioned, and general Arashi love, mentions of Juba and Juntoshi and Juntoshiba.
Rating: PG-13 for mentions and hints of sexy times
Genre: Hurt/comfort
Summary: Filming for 24Hr TV has shaken Sho, but his band mates are there for him.
Author’s notes: Just a little something that I wanted to write after watching all the 2004 and 2008 24Hr TV clips.

Set in the secrets and consequences universe, which was set approaching their 15th anniversary. This is set in 2010.

Warning: May spoil the 2010 24 hour TV Sho’s parts if you didn’t see them. And it mentions Jun’s 2008 task as well. You have been warned.

While he knew that he did not have to tell them, as they would all be aware of his travel schedule, as soon as the filming was done he emailed all of them anyway.

“Filming in Romania just wrapped. The plane leaves in the morning. See you tomorrow night.”

And just as expected Sho got back a series of 'look forward to its', 'can’t waits', and a picture of Satoshi fishing.
Some things never changed, he thought with a fond smile.

Holding his phone in his hand, his fingers brushed over the keys lightly, forming his next message in his mind.

To: Maa-chan
From: Sho
Subject: Can we do coffee when I get back?

Schedule permitting of course.

That was all that he said, but it was more than enough.
The answer back, despite the time difference, was almost instantaneous, as the other messages had been.

From: Jun
To: Sho
Re: Can we do coffee when I get back?

I will always have time for Sho-kun.

I will pick you up at the airport. I am free tomorrow night.

Sho was anything other than surprised. Jun was always able to pick up on the things that weren’t asked of him, and to be honest, Sho was glad. While he was still amazed that he got to interview important people like Mikhail Gorbachev, and while it was a part of his job that he would not trade for anything, being a caster was hard. The interviews and time spent with the Romanian children and teens who had been abandoned hurt. If he was not part of Arashi he probably never would have been a caster, and if he were not part of Arashi they would never have done 24 hour TV, and he never would have been sent on this trip, and he might never have known that something like this even existed in the world. But it did. And it hurt.

But it was not a pain that he wished to never have experienced. He needed to know that this existed in the world, everyone needed to know, but there was nothing that he could do about it, and that was what hurt the most.

Re:Re: Can we do coffee when I get back?

Thank you.

Sho knew that he would get scolded for thanking Jun, as it implied that it was something that he would not normally do. Sho knew, they all did, that when one needed something, they were all there for him, all they had to do was ask. But Sho had not asked, not really. But Jun had answered anyway.

~~~
They were settled on Jun’s couch, a empty bottle of wine on the table between then, long since finished, and they were drinking coffee. Jun was going through a coffee all the time instead of tea unless he was sick phase and was experimenting with coffee from a French press, instead of instant canned coffee. Sho had to admit that it was good, and easy, with the electric kettle always having hot water waiting. It really was suprisingly good.
But the thing that was more shocking was the fact that Jun had not once asked him why he wanted to get coffee. Jun didn’t press, by now they could all read each other, but Jun had this uncanny ability to just know.
Their youngest always had been most attunded to them.
With a sigh Sho put down his coffee, and he saw that Jun mirrored his action. Jun’s feet were tucked under him on his couch, and he was in his element, socked feet, loose fitting but still fashionable pants, and a t-shirt. He looked good, Sho could not deny that. But there was no need to impress anyone, and Jun was just Jun, at home with one of his closest friends (lovers, if Sho was going to be honest, but what Arashi was, and had, was so much more than just lovers, they always had been close even before the sex was introduced into things, and in some ways it seemed trite to Sho to try and define them with a word like lover, or friend. Arashi was a multifaceted word, and explained them just fine) doing his best to care for his friend in need.
“How did you do it?” Sho cut to the chase, and he could hear the slight trembling in his voice, and he did not miss the way that Jun shifted slightly closer on the couch, so his knees were almost, but not quite touching Sho’s legs.
“Do what?”
“Cambodia.” Sho paused, sucking in a deep breath. “It was hard to watch, I cannot imaging living something like that, and yet when you came back you seemed -“ Sho trailed off, trying to find the word that he wanted, but Jun shook his head.
“I don’t like to show emotions, you know that. I pretended that it was alright, but Satoshi and Masaki, they did not give me a free night for a week. Sometimes together, sometimes separate. But my first night back, Satoshi was with my driver picking me up, and he came home with me. And we had coffee just like this.” The smile on Jun’s face was fond, and when he thought about it, Satoshi and Masaki had been busy that week, and Nino had been very snuggly with Jun that week, but Jun had never said anything, that he could recall, how had he missed it?
“No one was supposed to know Sho, it is fine.” Jun leaned closer, and he was smiling. “You are so easy to read, and there is nothing to feel guilty about. If I had needed your support I would have told you. But it was hard, seeing those children, and knowing that their parents could do nothing about it, or worse, that their parents knowingly did that to them, but at the same time, what can I do? What can anyone do?” He took a deep breath. “Giving them all of my money, all of my savings wont change their disease, it wont heal them, and while it might make things easier for them, I would be left with nothing either. We do what we can, we care, we make others aware, and we give our time, and out money.” Sho knew, as did Jun, that all of them gave to charities, when they could. They never made a big deal about it, but they all gave to the things that were close to their hearts. They had all been blesses with success, so there was no reason not too. Jun's voice was soft, and Sho shook his head.
“I just-how is it that I can have all of this, be all of this, and they, that baby-“
Sho was silenced as Jun leaned in, placing a finger over his lips to silence him.
“Sho, changing who you are, and what we are, will not change their circumstances. They are a product of history from before our birth. We all know the facts by now all well as you do. You did what you can for them, and you should never regret being who you are, or what you are.” Jun took his finger away.
“We would not be Arashi without you. We cannot be Arashi without you.”  Jun paused. “We wouldn’t want to be, anyone but the five of us, so stop that line of thought now.”
Sho was startled that Jun had known some of the thoughts that plagued him on the plane, the night after the shooting, and even here with Jun, though he had done his best to suppress them so he did not think about it.
“How did you know?” Sho asked and Jun laughed, in what Sho knew was a mocking laugh.
“Satoshi and Maskai talked me out of the same mood. Special therapy.” Jun’s lips quirked into a smile. “I know just the thing to help with those thoughts.”
“Oh?” Sho asked, though knowing Masaki and Satoshi as he did by this point, which was very very well he knew it was a frivolous question.
“You need to be reminded just how much Arashi loves you, how much I love you, until you will stop thinking about being someone else, and if you were that someone else if you would be able to help. You being you helps, because now we know, and knowing is a start.” Jun shifting, crawling over to Sho on the couch, and Sho allowed himself to be pinned beneath Jun’s prowling form. He could see the way that Jun’s eyes scanned his form, his face, looking for doubts, or hesitation, or resistance, but there was none. With Jun there like that, so focused on Sho, and making sure that he was OK in his own way, how could he think of anything else.
“Kazu was right. Maa-chan is still gentle, after all these years.” Sho’s voice was soft, and for the briefest moment he stopped breathing as Jun leaned down, brushing his lips gently across Sho’s, the lightest touch, but it was enough.
“Jun.” It was one word, breathed against Jun’s lips, but it was all the warning that Jun had as Sho surged up, lips capturing Jun’s in a desperate kiss, hands pulling his body down against Sho’s, and while Jun was pliant beneath his touch, he was also willing, and eager. Sho knew, that it was one of those nights that Jun would be everything that he needed him to be, do anything that Sho wanted, and Sho remembered then, though he had always known, just why he loved Jun, and Masaki, and Kazu, and Satoshi. Why he always would.
They were, and always would be he hoped, each others soul.
As Sho woke, he was distinctly aware that it was not Jun who was curled around him in bed, but Nino. The feather light touches, the slight frame, and the scent could not be mistaken for anyone but Nino.
“Welcome back, Sho.” His voice was soft, and Sho shifted, wrapping an arm around Nino’s slight frame.
“I am home.” Sho replied softly, laughing as Nino shifted to pin him to the bed, eyes raking down his naked form with a leer.
“Satoshi and Masaki will be here soon, Jun had to go out for shooting, but he assured me that he didn’t mind if we started without him.” Nino paused, smirking, “He did, after all, get first dibs last night.”
Sho nodded, emotion welling so it caught in his throat and Nino’s gaze softened for a moment.
“Jun is the best, isn’t he?”
All Sho could do was not for a moment. “He is, but I love Kazu as well.”
The smile, the sparkle in his eyes was reward enough, though the kiss that he received was its own reward. Sho was certain that kissing would lead to other things, but everyone else had a key to Jun’s place, and first come first served was a very temping offer at the moment.
