Hehe, I have seen my brother do some of those things, but I still can't get over him being married and calling someone 'my wife'. Not after years and years of confirmed bachelorhood (both himself and his girlfriends) and being called Peter Pan.
I'm reeeally happy for him because he reeeally needed this. It's a change for the good, but he's in such a different role! But yeah, you're right - the only thing stranger to get used to was seeing my little sister get married, be pregnant, have tons of kids. At this point, it's hard to imagine her without them, though!
Maybe there's one EVERY day at 1:00! Do you have to bring your own pies? Are there teams or is it a free-for-all?
What's got our heads reeling the most is how quickly this all went down. They knew each other in high school, a bit, but not in the years since. They reconnected in March and married by June. Not that timing is everything; we just didn't have time to get used to it. And now he's planning for kids rather than his next motorcycle trek! Craziness indeed!

It's always weird seeing people's roles change; when a good friend of mine got married and had babies I just didn't know what I was seeing. Craziness.
