My faith in socialized medicine took a hit this week when two swedish doctors told my good friend Caley that he was diabetic. We found out today that he isn't...from a lab tech. Maybe my dad knows this guy. I say this namely because my dad is convinced he has diabetes and doesn't believe any American doctors who tell him otherwise. All because some quack doctor friend of his told him that sometimes, tests just don't detect it...so maybe it was this same Swedish doctor.
