This place looks pretty run-down. It's not in ruins, but I doubt there's going to be all the equipment a typical hospital has. I have most of what I need here with me now, but the supplies are only going to last for so long

So you are a doctor as well?

Yes, I am. I've been a doctor for a few years now, so I have some experience behind me. I never expected it to use that practice for this sort of thing, though.

To be honest... neither have I. I'm a surgeon, and I grew up around the practice because my mother was a respected surgeon as well, so I learned all I know from her.

Well... I guess we're both in the same boat here, then.

Your mother was a surgeon? That sounds like a good influence. I bet she's proud of you, isn't she?

I don't think that's quite reassuring, but the honesty is appreciated if not anything else.

My name is Doctor Bones McCoy, and you can find me trying to manage this ramshackle clinic. We've just been moved here, and everything's a wreck. We have a number of wounded folks still around, as well, from a battle we just got through.

There are so few doctors here, it's a real shame. So please, feel free to jump on in and help once you're settled; none of us will feel like you're stepping on our toes. I know none of us wants to be here, but I for one believe in doing my job for as long as I can, where ever I am.

I'll be there as soon as I can locate the clinic. If we have people who are wounded, the sooner they receive treatment the better.
