It is a serious concern, one I've been dealing with for quite some time here. I've found it's just a matter of doing the best we can with the limited resources we've got, but I'll be the first to admit it can be frustrating as all hell.

Thank you for offering to pitch in. There's always someone who needs help around here, it seems.
