A big honking fat guy came in today, complaining of a sore throat and bit of wheezing was evident. After a brief inspection it was evident that there was significant inflammation of the infected area

Seeing how you're supposed to be a "Doctor" I would've expected you to use more medical terms. I think you need to do some research...or at least get some medical books.

Maybe you should read the books based on this character, which I do happen to have in my collection. Before you ask, "NO" you can not borrow them.
