i especially liked this statement: Marriage isn’t a passion-fest; it’s more like a partnership formed to run a very small, mundane, and often boring nonprofit business.
I tend to agree.

Reasonable. Even very reasonable. But how many 20-something full of themselves women are going to listen, huh?

unlikely. what she proposes is very unfashionable. not to mention cost effective (imagine, not spending all that money on wining and dining, makeup and dresses and all this crap--there would be a virtual economic standstill!)

MSN had almost the whole thing (save the last page). Still, my opinion is unchanged--darned good and truthful, though not too many people would want to admit that.
