We could try Klingon Medicine. They have quite the effective treatment for frozen blood developed during their time as allies in the Federation.

Despite their vicious methods, they ARE very competent in medicine.

If you wish we could try a hybrid treatment of Cardassian and Breen medicine before we resort to Witchdoctor levels and surgically remove the frozen blood. If I had a bio-transporter for instance...

Basically 3/4 of the patients blood was frozen. If we can't thaw it out then we'll have to surgically remove the blood from his arteries and veins.
