Unfortunate though that fact is, it is regrettably the least of this world's inconveniences. It may make internal sense, yes, but there is no reason to call so many here as those in charge have done. Nor is there a reason for this world to change as it has a maddening habit of doing.

Maybe not us. At least until we're at the center of it. Collectors collected so many humans. No clue why. True answer could make people crazy. But didn't know until we we're at its true center. Makes Reapers even bigger threat. Still. Idea of "internal" logic makes sense. This world having its own rules. Not same rules as "home". Fascinating.
