...just had a really cool wkend in Bristol with Dougster and Claire-lise. Bristol is a beautiful city - lots of canals, docks, boats, little quaint shops and the locals are very friendly:) and it was fab to catch up with clb and spend some time with D...shame about the weather and national rail which are both poo, but they didnt manage to spoil the ( Read more... )

You always have a sofa in the US. Of course, that's not going to help much.

Was thinking of you as I took the train up to NYC this morning. Unfortunately there were no bright and shiny people to meet me at Penn Station. :(

ah, thank you:) i will have to make a trip over at some point, but gonna have to save lots for that.

how was the journey back? hope everything went as planned. All is well here, i'm off work today (holiday) so having a chilled day at home:)

I could come up, give you a lift and blag you a spare room at Odie's while I kip on the sofa (she has cable you see, I like that living room anyways :p)

I shall give her a buzz and see what's what. Odds are it'll be poker night with the boys and they'll be up 'til 3AM anyway. I'll let you know. Was wavering, your wanting to go is the excuse I need...

that sounds like a good plan! I'll go halfs on the petrol and get you a few drinks for all the driving:)

Fluffy and Suzi (you met them when they came down to notts last) will most likely have an after-party at theres so we can always chip there afterwards if you want to, thing is they dont have much crash space so best to crash somewhere else if poss.

You coming back on Sat or Sun? (i'd prefer sat, so i veg on sun but its up to you)
