With the brain there is no "Full" old stuff is always being dumped as new stuff is moved in. Your brain is a dynamic device and actually creates physical pathways for information. The more you use the pathway the more ingrained it becomes. If you do not use a pathway it will eventually be overgrown by a new pathway.

Your brain already is full. That new thing you just learned? That was where you used to remember what color your first bicycle was.
