Started Pilates and some upper body weight training this week. You forgot how much it hurts to work out after not having worked out for a long time. And when I say hurts I mean existing in a constant state of soreness... so very very sore.

No, I haven't found my gi (aka white pajama thingies). I'm just using sweat pants for now.

give it about 7-10 days, you wont be sore after workouts if you keep up with it. The body is wierd like that.
