Seems like every restaurant I head to that serves fries also includes some kind of pale, pinkish condiment called fry sauce. It looks like thousand island dressing, but without the relish (or, "without the islands" as Roger put it). What was the impetus behind this ghoulish concoction? Did ketchup and mayo by themselves not do enough to smother
