So I signed up for automatic bill pay tonight. Man, why didn't I do that forever ago? I mean, seriously, did I think that it would be more trouble than it was worth, or that it would cost money, or that I would catch a weird disease from it? I could have signed up for auto bill pay many moons ago, but I don't trust it. I like to look at the bill and make sure there are no bizarro charges on there that need investigating. Not that there ever HAVE been bizarro charges on a bill, but past performance is not indicative of future performance.

Also, hurray for Portland! I hear it is a quality town.

Postal rates raise to 41cents May 1st. I just realized I don't know how to make a cent sign... I feel inadequate. Anyway, write those lettes swiftly my friend, or you will need to purchase some 2 cent stamps.

As for how to generate one, I would just pop into a word processor and use "Insert symbol," but it's possible there's an easier way I don't know about.

Well, the engine is the really important thing. From the sound of it, the transmission, brakes, acceleration, etc. are all solid, too. Lights and tires, though, deserve to be taken care of. And oil. Paint job, not so important.
