Jan 01, 2009 00:59

No Rules! List the movies you watch in the order that you watch them. Write ratings and comments if you want.

    January
  1. 1st, Kung Fu Panda (Rewatch.)

Good movie, as usual. Really cute, really funny, extremely amusing. Always an absolute surprise.
  2. 8th, Swing Kids

Really amazing movie. Great cast, great story, great acting. An amazing touching, thoughtful movie, about friendship and doing what you think is right.
  3. 14th, The Fall

Just beautiful movie. Beautiful. The cinematography is just amazing, and the colors are perfect and, God, there are just no words. The story is sad, and heartbreaking, and perfect. The movie! Beautiful and perfect.
  4. 15th, Monty Python's The Meaning of Life

I didn't really find it that funny.
  5. 18th, Milk

Really good, and sad. Very well put together. The parts of his life that were included in the movie were perfect and actually added to the plot, instead of being fluff.
  6. 30th, In Bruges

Funny, amusing, sad, and hilarious. What an emotional roller coaster! But really great, and everyone was really great in it. Bit bloodier than I thought, though. That jarred me up a bit.

    February
  7. 20th, Yellow Earth

Had to watch it for class, but it was interesting! I liked it
  8. 21st, Futurama: Into the Wild Green Yonder

    Hilarious!
  9. 25th, Fearless (Rewatch.)

As before, it was so good, and so sad at the end. On this rewatched, I noticed it was a tad slashier than I remembered, though. (Not that that's a bad thing! Not a bad thing at all.)
  10. 25th, The Chaser

Amazing movie that hit all my movie kinks: it was funny, there was a ton of action (aka, a lot of the good guy beating the SHIT out of the bad guy), it was in the genre of crime drama, there were times where it pulled at the heartstrings, and it was a bittersweet ending. Really great movie.
  11. 27th, Waitress

Really funny, really real, really sad. Needs more Nathan Fillion.
  12. 27th, As You Like It

    SO GAY. SHAKESPEARE.
  13. 27th, The Breakfast Club

It was my first time watching it, and I really liked it. I understand now why it's such a classic.

    March
  14. 6th, Dick Tracy (Rewatch.)

Since it had been so long I first saw it (at least ten years ago, for sure!) I decided to watch this again.
  15. 13th, Farewell My Concubine

Amazing movie. Amazingly GAY movie. Really heartbreaking, and really sad, but really good.
  16. 18th, Get Over It (Rewatch.)

Hahaha, the first time I saw this it was good, but this time I was just supremely embarrassed for everyone. Shane West is hilarious, and Ben Foster is adorable.
  17. 25th, A Small Town Called Hibiscus

  18. 25th, Watchmen

  19. 25th, My Sassy Girl (Rewatch.)

  20. 28th, Right At Your Door

  23. 28th, Farewell To Harry
