THIS IS A POST ABOUT SEVERAL THINGS

Last night, I witnessed what may possibly be the single greatest Japanese film of all time. Now, I've always been a lover of Kurosawa's films, and Ishiro Honda's a great director. But THIS FILM, that I have seen, THIS MOVIE, it totally blows away EVERY OTHER THING ( Read more... )

That is a delightful piece of Cubist art. Why is there a small cube in front of my face, though? Is it my nose? Or is Cam shooting it with his finger?

Also, it's "bayou", not "bijou". That's a very interesting misspelling, though, I would not have thought of that.

The second, smaller cube, is actually in the spoon you are holding up to your face. You can't really see the fine detail after running it through GIFmaker, but it's there.

Haha, that is delightful. I remember now, there was sand in my ice cream. Was this my 18th birthday? Or a different bonfire?

Hmm...I don't reckon CJ was present at your bjirthday bjonfijre. But I've watched enough CSI to figure this out! *runs off to run a comparison against a known picture of your birthday to verify consistency of shorts DNA*

Also: Duncan may have been referencing a jewel in Louisiana which is capable of sustaining hallucinatory reptilian life. Not probably, but possibly.

Odd thing about the dreams, I had a highly questionable one in which I was gifted a bus and not properly educated with regards to the controls. The route led to an overgrown version of the maze near the end of Time Bandits, which led to a camping trip with Mr. Grissom and several other people, interspersed with large bendy snakes as the dm saw fit. Mr. Grissom was sorry he could not give me the phoenix I wanted, although I could not remember asking for one.

It's times like these when channeling Sigmund Freud would actually be helpful. Although he'd most likely say the phoenix, the jellyfish, and the government are all at least one person's mother.

That's like a strange mix of CSI and Harry Potter.

My God...you dream fan-fics.

Thankfully not fanfics like the ones people write for CSI...or Harry Potter, for that matter. No, mostly Harry Potter. Never...never forgets.
