I know you have recourse(whether it's worth pursuing is another thing). Sounds like a new job is the better way to go. Your employers sound like real jerks.

umm i know you have a lot on your plate with the injuries and stuff... but you can TOTALLY go to labour relations with that... its is NOT legal.

unfortunately i had only been working there for 3 weeks... so he can do whatever he wants. i quit it anyways. i have too many interviews for good jobs than to worry about if that fucker's messages got checked.
