[Awkward welcome back over, time for even more awkward explanation.] Una has a time machine. Narvin knew this for I don't know how long. Narvin's really terrified of Rassilon, so when Rassilon talked to him about the Gallifrey issue and his need to get back right away to enact the Final Sanction (Timelords 'ascend', rest of universe blows up), Narvin volunteers this information. Rassilon puts pressure on him to get it. Narvin uses his telepathy to get info from Una, erases her memory and steals her machine. Calls me with cryptic 'be ready' message. I ask K if he knows why? K puts it all together and talks Narvin down.

Narvin's down in Zero and I have little idea of what to do with Rassilon, except barring his ability to communicate with Narvin. Obviously this is so objectionable that Civil Rights Spike has to make a protest post.
