[For some reason, Jamie hasn't been feeling all that well. It didn't start out as a physical thing, but now he can feel it in his stomach and he absolutely hates it

[Bryn has been cured for almost a full week now, and while the boat hasn't returned to normal it's calmed enough for Bryn to feel steady on her feet again. With the new engagement ring on her finger and an injured brother to check in on every day, she's distracted enough to not brood as much about the revelations of the Halloween party as much.

That is of course, until she heads into Kuma-ko and sees Jamie sitting there.

Last time she'd tried to ask questions, he'd avoided her answers and wouldn't even look at her. Bryn walks over to his table with a deep breath, intending to try again.]

Mind if I join you?

[He looks up, down at the bottle and then back up at her.]

Uh, yeah. Go ahead.

[Surprising. Bryn eases down into a chair across from Jamie and tilts her head at him before speaking.]

How are you doing?

[Jamie doesn't answer. He just kind of snorts.]
