Sounds like not only do we both love movies, but we have similar philosophies. I always consider sadness an important and healthy part of life whereas a lot of people around me distance themselves from it or go into denial about it. Then they ask me why I'm sad all the time? The truth is I don't mind it. Sometimes I even like it. I feel like it's part of the process of change, and I like to change and grow and expand and get fatter. I wish I had gone home for Thanksgiving.

Anyways, thanks for actually reading that monstrosity. I'm glad I quickly remembered to put it under a cut after I posted it. No one wants their friends' page filled with my Buffy nonsense.

Sadness and other melancholy feeling rock...

And I am happy to read your posts dude!

(I am less a Buffy fan - although I was blown away by several of the later episodes - and more inclined towards the X-Files and, in particular, Six Feet Under, which in many ways was so much more daringly cinematic than so many films of late)
