Tomorrow will be my last day at The Children's Museum, Seattle. For the last three months I've endured a rollercoaster of politics, hushed conversations, clandestine meetings, and a crazy high stress level; all because the woman running the organization is a bad leader and a very bad manager of staff and of organizational policies and relationships
