i seriously need to find some better way to manage my eating habits so that i dont have such crazy highs and lows in my energy levels. after i eat, and depending on what ive eaten, i get such an amazing boost of energy. i should just work out a lovely diet that affords me all the right amounts of everything that i need during the day,
