My mom is moving in with her boyfriend sometime in June/July which means It will be just Elliot and I in Los Angeles and I'm pretty excited/terrified. i live in a 518 sq foot one bedroom with scarlett. I have her in the bedroom and i treated the main front room like a studio, so i have my bed, a bookcase, couch and dining table all in one room. I can take pictures if you want ideas. It works out well for me because i can still have people over if she is sleepin.

that's exactly what my mom always did. she gave me the bedroom, and turned the dining area into her bedroom. she hung a curtain up so she would have some privacy.

so good that you're getting your own place! a little ago I saw a magazine spread on small one bedroom apts and making the best of the space,. I'm going to try and dig that up for you, maybe it'll be of some help
