In Her Eyes - 013

What a way to end the celebration.

I've been sent to an official Hell.
Alexandra, please stop that atrocious attempt to... 'sing'.
I'm tired of hearing about this 'rebel girl' and 'trying on clothes'.

......
I'm getting myself a bass from Junes.

Hardly.
It's a musical instrument. With strings. Similar to Inuart's harp.

Oh! Of course. I knew that..
Will you play for me?

Hm... Perhaps I will. Though my affinity isn't anything like his, you know.

Yes, I do know.. I will understand if you do not wish to play for me.

You're silly, Furiae.

I am glad I am able to amuse you without trying.

Not a difficult feat for you to accomplish, little princess.

Of course it isn't.

Do you remember that song mother use to sing to us?

Bringing up your mother, Furiae? You must be feeling nostalgic.

...
It is nothing.. The mention of music only made me wonder.

You don't often ask about her. That was all I meant.
It's perfectly natural to associate music with her. She sang the same song to me that she sang to you. You sound like her at times.

I do not wish to bring up sensitive subjects such as our parents..
When do I sound like her?

Sensitive subjects. Yes. I suppose they are that. Though neither of us should hold fear over discussing them.

I hear a lot of her when you speak. Especially when you grow concerned about me. In some cases, it is quite a bit reassuring.

If I think about them too hard, the pain starts to come back. Is that normal?

It is my nature, as was hers, to worry about you.

Of course, Furiae. Sorrow and mourning go hand-in-hand, along with our memories. You are just human.

...It would appear that everyone worries of me. Perhaps it is everyone's position and nature.
