[Letter to: Somebody: 7/16/34]

Aug 01, 2010 09:59

[Written in a neat handwriting, on a small folded piece of paper.]

Either I am wasting ink or I am right. Nothing I can't deal with, either way.

To whoever wrote the original letters: it is rude to address them to "ghosts", particularly when the recipients aren't dead yet.

[Written very hesitantly in her girly cursive with her light blue pen. Curiosity had gotten the better of her, but she struggled to find the right words.]

I don't know who you are really, but if you're stuck in 1934 then, yeah, there's a good chance you're the lingering memory of some dead person. Get over yourself and follow the light or something?

I think you're missing the point--

Okay, look, give me proof that you're alive then.

[The return letter has a few small red splotches on it -- it's not hard to figure out what they are.]

I don't believe ghosts can bleed.
