"Post-apocalyptic chic" might be a better term, there.

Fancy.

Don't tell me you're responsible for the décor.

Of course not. My tastes are far better than "rusted-out and dirty".

Decorating scheme, you say.

[Don't mind him, he's just... impressed with your choice of words.]

Honestly, that's... the last thing I would worry about here.

Alright. This is called Adstringendum. The ones who bring us here are called Animus; they're spirits or something like that. They do weird things to us a lot, but it's always different. Like different clothes, or thinking we're related to each other, or apple trees all over. Sometimes they're funny or even nice, but sometimes they can be really dangerous. There were traps all over one time.

And we haven't found the way back yet.

[He's a little dumbfounded, but he's doing his best to cover it with a smirk.]

So, the lesson is, keep my eyes open?

[His third thought? Why me?]

A modern disaster.

[Can you sense the sarcasm, Axel? Can you sense it?]

Well. Look who!

['Why couldn't it have been Roxas' indeed. He's not getting into that touchy topic, though, thank you very much.]

What's a guy like you doing in a place like this?
