Long gone are the days when logging in to LJ gave you the pulse of the moment. I don't imagine everyone is quiet about the result of the British EU referendum, but I'm guessing it's all happening on Facebook. A country from whose bourne rare is the traveller who returns. Ah well

It's awful. I'm trying hard to see a good outcome -- I must be optimistic, I have children! But anything I imagine requires a fairly rapid and pretty much general blooming of rationality, solidarity and common decency, including in the political class. In other words pure unhinged fantasy :(
