I'm not a fan of standing up while typing, but this will have to do for now, because I am too fucking lazy to roll up an exercise ball and jury-rig a make-shift desk.
I am feeling more and more of an impulse to get active again, work out, get some damn exercise. The issue of course, is that it is far easier to say such things than actually follow

I'm also someone who definitely does NOT want buddies when I'm working out though. Still, if you get to a point where you're wanting to alternate activities, MY WAY IS AWESOME.

Start with chest muscles (bench presses and variations thereof)
Then-
2. Shoulders (military press and variations thereof)
3. Back (rowing & c.)
4. Triceps
5. Biceps (curls & c.)
6. Abs (sit ups & c.)
Three sets of twelve reps (with no more than two minutes recovery between reps).
Remember: EXhale while you EXert.
