Bush has managed to digust me once more.

Apparently he's wanting to essentially change the Geneva Convention (for those of you who don't know what the GC is, I suggest looking it up), allowing the US to torture terrorism suspects. What if other countries interpret this to their favor, allowing them to torture US troops

He has virtually no backing on passing that bill... even the hardcore Republicans are against him. You know that when your only party thinks you're a crazy fucked up moron, there's something wrong. I've also noticed a lot less W stickers around Lex lately, I was excited to say the least.

Very true... the senate and house will only be very liberal republicans, or partially conservative democrats. So... eitherway, bills can't be one sided for a gooooooood while.

I love how he doesn't have any reasons for it! I mean, if he wants to win SOME people over, a good explanation could do it. Yet, he just wants to be pomposent and THINK he is right. Being a douche like that just pisses me off
