French toast cupcakes with maple glaze and bacon sounds good and like it would be good traveling food. The bacon/chocolate, bacon ice cream, and bacon sushi sound a little bit overboard though. I like grilled cheese sandwiches with pickles on them! How about French toast with peanut butter and maple syrup?

Ever since I was a little kid I always eat my French Toast with butter, then peanut butter, and then pour maple syrup over it. Lots of yummy calories! I actually got my daughter liking it the same way except she puts the syrup in a puddle on her plate and dips the toast in the syrup after she puts the peanut butter on. My husband thinks we are both crazy!

of course. of course. i couldnt see it working with anything other than maple bacon though.
