It has a zero lot line. What does that entail? Well, when they were building these houses, they wanted to fit as many as they could so there's really no backyard. That sucks. But....the house itself is great. I really wanted a backyard for the dogs to run and play, but I guess if I had to choose between a nice house with no backyard or a crappy

The kitchen is amazing and the bathroom has a his and hers sink... that's so awesome.

So, what is this first time homeowners grant and how do I get one??

basically, think of every city you wouldnt mind living in. Call their city hall/community development center or look at their city webpage. Almost every city has one. Some counties even have one.

Boca Raton has one, but you have to live in that home for 20 years. If you sell before the 20 years, you have to pay back the city the grant.
Deerfield Beach has one for 5 years.
Coral Springs has one for 5 years.
Palm Beach County has one too.

Also, for any first time homebuyer, the government gives at least $10,000 grant or more depending on your need. :)
