I would get the help of a positive reinforcement based professional trainer who has experience with dealing with dog aggression and resource aggression. And I would get them RIGHT NOW. It sounds like the Chow mix is going to be a huge problem and an ongoing issue if you do not get this fixed right now. You are going to need a HUGE overhaul with how you deal with these dogs. The Chow mix is going to be a liability and is going to hurt someone or another dog if this behavior is allowed to continue.

Get help asap - if this escalates, the damage, the liability, the chaos, that would be awful.
The issues you're describing will not "go away with time" (in case that is what you're hoping for) - these issues will only escalate. Going back to the pound might give them an opportunity to be adopted by some other loving family that can handle them (or one of them) rather than setting them up for failure in a three-puppy household.
I know you're thinking you did a good thing (and your intentions are wonderful) but like tenna said - 3 puppies is a huge mistake.
I know I sound harsh - I don't mean to - I promise...but I do hope that you get help sooner than later.

Oh yeah and the Animal Shelter we got them from said it was a "Awesome Idea" to adopt THREE puppies at once. So...never going to listen to them again!
Thanks Again!!
