2. yes, for the most part. so long as i respect the people i work with, which isn't too hard because i usually have a lot in common with them.
3. architectural academic/curator/writer

5. the fact that i'm feel like i need a little more time outside of academia before i return, the fact that i like making more than an $18k/year stipend, the fact that i don't want to leave new york, the fact that my job now is comfotable. also, fear of rejection.

Right now, I'm an "administrative fellow", and it's not much of a living.

I like that I'm no longer anyone's boss, and that it pays my tuition. Other than that, it just sucks 20 hours of my time a week.

sometimes, when i'm very busy (constructive, not backed
up with menial shit like filing)
3. what would you rather be doing?
clearly feral cat TNR and/or rescue work as well as community
outreach about animal welfare/importance of s/neutering and
general responsible animal care; working with aspca's legal
center passing more bills for animal protection rights
