Hell yes!It's about bloody time, that we stop presuming, that the financial industry, has the best interests of we, John Q. and Jane Q. Public, at heart.Because have they demonstrated, time and time again, not to have our best interests in mind,but they have proven to be even less trustworthy, than a fox in a henhouse.

Absolutely. The financial system WORLDWIDE needs a damn good overhaul and kicking. Sadly, it's built on the most enduring and intoxicating of human emotions - greed - so the ingenuity of clever, unscrupulous operators will always get around even the most draconian of regulations.

Sigh... why can't people just be honest, kindly, and work for the benefit of ALL.
