Wow, finally happening huh?

I just found out the price of my building. It sold for 495'000 a few years ago and most places comparable around here are selling in the 500 to 700000 range.

Wanna buy it and be my landlord? HAH!

i had a dream last night that orlando won $1.2 million in some lottery and was trying to figure out how to invest in intelligently, but you were furious that he wasn't going to spend it on cars.
