[He's taking his PCD with him just in case as he dashes out the door.]

[Oh my god he is not a dog and he would totally take offense to that if he had the mind to right now. But Rome hears the transmission and slowly creeps forward, trying to avoid all of the traps around the room- pressing his nose against the buttons on the PCD and sending Sora his coordinates.]

[And Sora quickly changes direction and books it towards the coordinates. Good thing Riku told him how to work this thing. He almost gets caught by a trap or two of his own on the way over, but nothing a good leap and a dodge roll can't handle. When he gets there he slips his PCD into his pocket and carefully opens the door. He lets out a whistle to let Romulus know he is there and creeps past the traps in the entry way, working his way towards the dog.]

[He carefully conjures a couple of blizzard spells and directs them at the traps, either setting them off prematurely or freezing them so they don't go off at all. He pats his legs once he's finished.]

[He flinches away at the magic, watching it all with a sort of muted suspicion- but he can't really afford to be picky about his savior, could he?

When Sora beckoned him forward, Rome crept out from his hiding place in the corner, limping a little toward him.]
