The president is not all-powerful, which people forget. Obama can't do all this shit on his own. Bush didn't do all HIS shit on his own, either. Only congress has the power to declare war, and a very similar congress that dealt with Bush is still sitting on Capitol Hill.
I hope he CAN do some of the things he says he will, but... politicians are politicians to the end.
