i feel FABULOUS. i weighed in at 135.8 this morning, then i went to work for twelve hours. i ate half a peach, three stalks of asparagus, half a banana, and a lot of wasabi peas. i did 300 cals on the elliptical and some crunches and pushups, plus a lot of water. just now, i was 135.4... amazing ( Read more... )

It's good to hear that things are going well for you. Try and get some protein in if you're going to be working out. Muscle burns more cals than fat, and protein aids in muscle growth. I should take my own advice.
