Lunch:
-Turkey sammich
-wheat thins

Dinner:
-Eggs a peice of sausage

Snack:
-Jello
-apple

Exercise
-15 mi on a stationary bike
-100 crunches
-15-20lbs reps (curls)

-wheat thins

Dinner:
-Spec. K w/strawberries and soy milk

Snacks:
-Yougurt
-lf laughing cow cheese and triscuts

-100 crunches

I know my menu looks backwards but i work third shift so i dont get up until 5pm or so... i start my day backwards seems like i'm getting my heavy meals out first thing in the day... ha... oh well.

Pretty soon a weigh in will come up and i will be prepared :)
